In addition to the forest related Village Ordinances, the following documents are used in implementation of the Community Forest Management Plan:

Additional Cost Share Program Requirements	Requirements for compliance with Village Ordinance 2004-04 NOT included in Cost Share Program specifications
Solid Waste Forest Debris New Construction Fee Schedule	Establishes fees for removal of forest debris from inside a new construction “footprint”. Forest debris pickup for all other compliance with Village Ordinance 2004-04 is billed to property owners at the rate of $5.00/month for unlimited use.
Sec 35-135 Landscaping	Lists requirements and other information with regard to landscaping
Requirements for Planning and Zoning Commission Submittals	Lists Forestry requirements for various site development submittals. What is necessary for Forestry review in terms of what information goes on the plans and what is verified in the field.
Replacement Tree List	List of deciduous and conifer trees approved to be used for basal area loss compensation. Other trees may be submitted for approval . Minimum size for approval is 2" caliper at one (1) foot above root collar.
