Welcome to the Village of Ruidoso's Planning and Zoning Department. If you are planning to build a new structure; remodel or repair an existing structure; remove trees; landscape; grade or excavate; etc., please give us a call at 575-258-4343 or 1-877-700-4343 so that we can help you determine if you need a permit and that your project meets code.
