Citizens wishing to file a complaint against an employee of the Ruidoso Police Department must contact Lieutenant Ray Merritt by telephone, in writing, or in person at the Ruidoso Police Department. Because each complaint is investigated, e-mails are not an acceptable method in which to file a complaint.
