Water service is never “disconnected” when a customer moves or sells a property; the account is transferred from one owner to another. If you are a new owner or renter of a property, please contact the department to have service set up in your name.
Deposits are required on all accounts; we are unable to accept letters of credit in lieu of deposits. The deposit for a new account is due within 30 days of the date of title transfer/new renter
Deposits are refundable after 24 months of timely payments for residential accounts and 60 months for commercial accounts
