Ruidoso employees and volunteers recognized
Ray Merritt is retiring, Tania Proctor is marking 25 years and Tomas Forsman is moving back to Germany Recognitions were awarded at the Ruidoso Village Council meeting last week to a retiring police officer, to the human resources director for 25 years of service and to a volunteer and his family for their dedication to the village, including organizing the annual Ruidoso Marathon.
