Meet with lenders who can describe available loans, realtors with the most affordable listings, and not-for-profit counselors to guide you through the homeownership process.
Research shows that owning a home has distinct advantages over renting, especially when it comes to building your net worth, equity and providing a stable environment to raise a family. Many people don’t even realize they are qualified to buy. We want to help them realize their potential by providing the opportunity for State/Federal Agencies, Local Lenders, Realtors, Builders, and Non-Profit Agencies to showcase the resources available to assist more New Mexicans in becoming homeowners. Our vendors will provide information in the areas of USDA programs, HUD Programs, NM Mortgage Finance Authority Programs, HEROS Program, and resources available for first-time homeowners, credit repair, and down payment assistance.
We hope you will join us for these free events and share this information with anyone who may be interested in learning more about becoming a homeowner. There will be fun family activities and barbecue for all who attend.
