New Online Procurement Portal Coming Soon
The Village of Ruidoso Purchasing Department is transitioning to OpenGov, a new online procurement system for bid and proposal opportunities, vendor notifications, and electronic submissions.
Vendors may register now and subscribe to the Village of Ruidoso eProcurement Portal to begin receiving notifications of future opportunities. Registration is free.
What Vendors Can Do in OpenGov
Through the Village of Ruidoso eProcurement Portal, vendors and interested parties will be able to:
- Register and subscribe to receive notifications of future opportunities.
- Follow individual solicitations to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
- Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
- Respond electronically to bids, proposals, and other solicitations.
- Access Village of Ruidoso procurement opportunities in one location.
There is no cost for vendors to register with OpenGov.
