You can apply and pay for select Village of Ruidoso permits and licenses online.
The Village of Ruidoso is upgrading its permit process.
Business license registration, garage sale, and banner permits are available via a new online permitting portal, and all permits will soon be accessible. Residents are encouraged to create an account to stay updated as the system is fully implemented.
In the meantime, you can access building permit applications and construction code information here and planning and zoning applications here.
Event Permits: Planning a public event in Ruidoso? Event permits, vendor requirements, and stage rental information are managed by the Events and Strategic Partnerships Department.
