Mayor Battin Declares "The Year of the Warriors"!

At Tuesday's Village Council meeting, Mayor Battin honored the Ruidoso Warrior football team by declaring The Year of the Warriors. The Warriors beat the Robertson Cardinals 57-54 on December 2nd to win the New Mexico 4A State Championship.

Coach Kief Johnson and several of the Warrior players were in attendance for the announcement.
