Lincoln County residents impacted by recent flooding or natural disasters can review details about the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Recovery Buyout Program. This voluntary program may provide financial assistance to purchase eligible flood-prone properties, relocate structures, and restore land to permanent open space to reduce future risk.
