Notice of Special Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Lynn D. Crawford, Mayor of the Village of Ruidoso, has called a Special Meeting of the Governing Body of the Village of Ruidoso for Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The Special Meeting will be held at 313 Cree Meadows Dr., Ruidoso, NM 88345. The purpose of the Special Meeting is as follows:
Call to Order
Moment of Silence and Pledge of Allegiance/Salute to the State Flag
Salute to the State Flag: “I Salute the Flag of the State of New Mexico, the Zia Symbol of Perfect Friendship Among United Cultures.”

1. Discussion and Possible Action on Task Order RFP #2025-002P-01 Amendment 2 with D.W Dukes, LLC for Disaster Recovery Coordinator Services, Increasing the Amount from $913,517.00 to $1,255,497.69 Including NMGRT.
2. Discussion and Possible Action on Award of RFP #2027-002P to Enriched Communities, LLC for Development of Village of Ruidoso Owned Properties Including but not Limited to 600 Wingfield Street and 1108 Mechem Drive and Additionally Acquired Village of Ruidoso Properties.

5. Discussion and Possible Action on Agreement between the Village of Ruidoso and J&H Services, Inc. for VOR Wastewater Improvements Project through ITB #2027-004B in the Amount of $4,735,276.00 Including NMGRT.
