(Discussions in closed sessions are limited to the case being heard at the time of motion to enter into Closed Session pursuant to §10-15-1.H.3, NMSA 1978. No action shall be taken in closed session. a) Easement Vacation Approval Case #EV2026-03- Dennis Rich on behalf of Jason & Julia Lorenz is requesting to vacate Easements with the pending Replat of properties located at 475 Warwick Drive (Lot 36A, Block 3) and (Lot 36B, Block 3), of the Camelot Mountain Tracts, Ruidoso, New Mexico. This item was tabled by the Commission at the February 3, 2026, meeting.
b) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-02 – Isaiah Gonzales on behalf of Ridgeline Cabins, LLC, is requesting variance approval to encroach 10 feet into the 15-foot front setback for the construction of a house on property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 109 Kilimanjaro Drive, Lot 15, Block 17, Unit 2 of the Alto Crest Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico 88345.
c) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-03 – Jonathan Farus on behalf of Jeremiah’s Quality Construction is requesting variance approval to encroach 5.88 feet into the 10-foot side setback for the placement of a garage/office on property zoned C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District located at 508 Sudderth Drive, Lot 54, Block 1A of the Palmer Gateway Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico 88345.
d) Site Development Approval Case #SD2026-03- Manuel Maheng on behalf of Maheng Construction is requesting Site Development approval for a retaining wall above 4 feet in height on property zoned C-2 Community Commercial District located at 1111 Mechem Drive, Lot 14, Block 1 of the Airport West Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
e) Conditional Use Approval Case #CU2026-02- Shimer S. Carden is requesting Conditional Use permit approval for the operation of a kennel with open animal runs on property zoned C-2 Community Commercial District located at 147 Carrizo Canyon Road, Lot 45A, of the Skyland Addition Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
f) Annexation Approval Case #AX2026-01 – Request by property owner James Bostwick to annex into the Village of Ruidoso Lots 2,3, 4, and 5 Block 1 of the Kiel Bonnell-Gavilan Canyon Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
