Public Hearing
The Village of Ruidoso Governing Body will conduct a Public Hearing during its Regular Meeting to consider the Transfer of Ownership of Dispenser Liquor License #RET-000042, with Package Sales Only, for Walgreen Co., whose mailing address is PO Box 901, Deerfield, IL 60015.
The license is for operation of Walgreen’s #4650, located at 138 Sudderth Drive, Ruidoso, NM. The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted preliminary approval for the transfer.
