The Village of Ruidoso, in partnership with Lincoln County, ENMU–Ruidoso, and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), invites community members to attend the second public meeting on the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program.

This meeting will provide updated information on the voluntary property buyout program designed to support recovery efforts in areas impacted by flooding and erosion.

Attendees will receive the latest program details, including timelines, eligibility criteria, and next steps for property owners who may be considering participation. Representatives from partnering agencies will be available to answer questions and provide guidance.
