NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a potential quorum of members of the Governing Body may be in attendance at the Ruidoso Convention Center located at 111 Sierra Blanca Dr., Ruidoso, NM, for a Regional Flood Response Exercise on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. No public policy will be formulated by any member present and no action that the Governing Body has authority to take will be taken by any members present.
