a) Conditional Use Approval Case #CU2025-103-Consideration of granting a Conditional Use for Building material sales and storage on property zoned C-2 , Community Commercial District to Justin Bowman (Cabinet & Stone) at 418 Mechem Drive, Lot 9A, Block 2 of the Hamilton Terrace Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico.
b) Siteplan and Concept Approval Case #SP2025-167- Justin Bowman on behalf of Pete and Cassandra Schiavone is requesting approval of a Commercial Site Plan for the development of a Building material sales and storage use with outdoor storage to be constructed for use of Cabinet & Stone, located at 418 Mechem Drive, Lot 9A, Block 2 of the Hamilton Terrace Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico.
c) Rezone-RZ 2025-318- Village of Ruidoso on behalf of McCarty Properties LLC is petitioning to rezone properties located at 1208 Hull Road and 208 Willie Horton Drive from R-1 Single-Family Residential to C-2 Community Commercial to conform to information on the subdivision plat and covenenants, conditions, and restrictions. These properties are located generally at the intersection of Gavilan Canyon and Hull Roads and are platted as Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 of White Mountain Estates, Unit 6, Ruidoso, New Mexico.
7. OLD BUSINESS
a) Continuation of discussion to amend Table 54.53.1 Allowable Uses in the Village of Ruidoso Code of Ordinances to allow the uses of “Automobile, boat, motorcycle, or RV sales and rental” and “Entertainment, recreational, health and exercise facility, outdoor” with the approval of a Conditional Use by the Planning Commission.
