a) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-10 – Brian Johnson is requesting Variance approval to encroach into the side setback for the placement of an Accessible Deck on property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 543 Second Street, Lot 18, Unit 1 of the Kingswood Addition Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
b) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-11 – Sherry Ellis is requesting Variance approval to encroach into the front and rear setbacks to allow additions to the existing structures on property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 105 South Whirlaway Drive, Lot 20C, Block CC of the Central Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
c) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-12 – Randal Hamilton is requesting Variance approval to create a Lot with substandard Lot dimensions with the pending replat of a property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 100 Fox Drive, Lot 28, Block CC of the Central Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
d) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-13 – Alonzo Baldonado is requesting Variance approval to encroach into the front, side and rear setbacks to allow for the construction of Single-Family dwellings on properties zoned R-4 High-Density Residential District located at 157 and 159 Meadows Drive, Lot 1A and Lot 2A, Block 34A, Unit 1 of the White Mountain Meadows Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
e) Conditional Use Case #CU2026-08 – Sheila Long is requesting Conditional Use permit approval to operate a Mobile Vending Unit on property zoned C-2 Community Commercial District located at 707 Mechem Drive, Lot 5A, of the C.A. Eiland Tract Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
