The Village of Ruidoso will host a three-day Strategic Planning Workshop to review departmental tactical plans, assess village operations, and discuss priorities for the year ahead. Council members, staff, and department leaders will participate in collaborative sessions focused on public services, infrastructure, public safety, and community development.
