PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION

NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Village of Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Commission is scheduled for Monday, September 28th, 2026, at 5:00 pm at Village Hall located at 313 Cree Meadows Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico.

The Purpose of the meeting is as follows:

1. Call meeting to Order

2. Moment of silence and pledge of allegiance/salute to the state flag. “I salute the flag of the state of New Mexico, the Zia Symbol of perfect Friendship among United Cultures.”

3. Approval of Minutes from August 24th, 2026

4. Welcome Members of the Public/Audience

5. Public Comment

6. Eagle Creek Project Update

7. Recreation Report (Alex)

9. Director’s Report & Old Business (Matthew)
