Programming will include panel discussions, in-depth seminars, outdoor recreation experiences, an Outdoor Expo, and networking events. Key topics include destination marketing, recreation infrastructure, land management, eco-tourism, public health, accessibility in outdoor spaces, and dark sky preservation.

Attendees will have opportunities to experience Ruidoso’s natural assets through guided outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, stargazing, and more. The event will also feature collaboration with the Mescalero Apache Tribe, highlighting regional land stewardship practices and recreational offerings.
