The Village Council will consider Ordinance 2026-12 at a September 8 public hearing. The proposed zoning amendment would provide the same treatment for HUD-certified single-section and multi-section manufactured homes while maintaining the distinction for mobile homes that do not meet applicable HUD standards.

The Village of Ruidoso will host a public input meeting on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 5:30 PM to seek public input for the Village of Ruidoso Metropolitan Redevelopment Area (MRA) Plan. The meeting will be held at the Ruidoso Community Center, 501 Sudderth Drive, Ruidoso, NM. Residents are encouraged to participate.
