The Wingfield Heritage House Museum will host Bird Secrets, a free, family-oriented event focused on local bird habitats and ecosystems.
Activities include a museum-wide scavenger hunt featuring four themed habitat zones—Water/Riparian, Mountain Meadow, Ponderosa Forest, and Pinyon-Juniper Woodland—as well as hands-on craft stations where participants can create hummingbird feeders and sun catchers.
Children will receive a birding certificate and a bird whistle as part of the experience. This event provides an engaging opportunity for families to learn about local environments in an interactive setting.
