Join Ruidoso Parks and Recreation for an exciting week of outdoor adventure for kids ages 7–12! The 2026 Rec Youth Summer Wilderness Camp, June 8–12, features hiking, fishing, survival skills, sports, swimming, a fire station tour, and a field trip to the Alamogordo Zoo and Space Museum. $65 per week. Give back at the Ruidoso Fire Blood Drive on Friday, April 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Bloodmobile on Sudderth Drive. Donate blood to help patients in need and support the community blood supply. Appointments are encouraged; walk-ins welcome as space allows.
