Sierra Club Guided Hike: Bonito Lake Tour
Join the Rio Grande Chapter of the Sierra Club for a guided educational hike around Bonito Lake in Lincoln County. Participants will explore the lake’s history, local geology, and the Bonito pipeline system while visiting the dam, spillway, and Blue Hole spring.

Sierra Club Guided Hike: A Decade of Forest Fires and Flooding – Ruidoso
This Sierra Club guided hike along the Cedar Creek trail system explores how wildfire, drought, and monsoon flooding have shaped the forests around Ruidoso over the past decade. Participants will learn about local fire history, trail impacts, and forest recovery within the Lincoln National Forest.
