NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a potential quorum of members of the Governing Body and the following Boards & Commissions: Planning Commission; Parks and Recreation Committee; Workforce Housing Committee; Library Board; Watershed Committee and Cultural & Natural History Committee; may be in attendance at the Ruidoso Convention Center located at 111 Sierra Blanca Dr., Ruidoso, NM, for Village of Ruidoso Comprehensive Planning Meetings to be held starting on Monday, January 12-15, 2026. No public policy will be formulated by any member present, and no action that the Governing Body or Boards and Commissions has authority to take will be taken by any members present.
