a) Conditional Use Case #CU2026-06 - Robert L. Betts is requesting a Conditional Use permit for the construction of an accessory building prior to the establishment of a principal building to which it is an accessory on property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 601 First Street, Lot 1, Block VI of the Flume Canyon Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
b) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-06 - Pruit Ginsburg is requesting Variance approval to allow an existing lawful nonconforming deck to be covered on property zoned R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 157 Fern Trail, Lot 13A, Block C of the Ruidoso Springs Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
c) Variance Approval Case #PV2026-07 – William and Nancy Morrissey are requesting Variance approval to encroach approximately 8.5 feet into the 20-foot front setback forthe construction of a home addition on property zoned M-1 Low-Density Mobile Home District located at 163 Yellow Pine Road, Lot 15, Block 32, Unit V of the Ponderosa Heights Subdivision, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
