The Ruidoso Comprehensive Plan Community Survey has reopened through August 14, 2026. Residents, property owners, businesses, and community stakeholders are invited to share their ideas to help guide the Village’s long-term vision for housing, transportation, parks, economic development, infrastructure, and other community priorities. Previous survey participants do not need to complete it again.

The Village of Ruidoso invites residents to take part in the Comprehensive Plan Update, beginning with a public kickoff meeting on November 18, 2025, at The Horton Center. A Zoom option will also be available for those unable to attend in person.
