The Village of Ruidoso is advising everyone to stay off the roads and travel is discouraged, unless you have an emergency. Please check nmroads.com for more road information in and around Ruidoso.
If you are traveling and need a place to shelter, the J Bar J Country Church on 25974 US Hwy 70 has opened to assist people. Also, the Bonito Park Nazarene Camp at 200 Bonita Park Rd (Hwy 37 and Hwy 48 Intersection) has opened to assist travelers in need.
The Village has had all available snow removal resources out addressing the roads and will continue with road maintenance throughout the remainder of this storm.
